• To object to a result that adversely affects you and arises from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems.
• To claim compensation for damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

3. APPLICATION METHODS

You may submit your application in accordance with the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller using any of the following methods:

• Written application: Submit a signed application to the Data Controller’s address specified in Section 1.
• Registered Electronic Mail (KEP): Submit your application to the Data Controller’s designated KEP address. If you do not have this address, contact [email protected] to obtain the relevant details.
• Secure electronic signature or mobile signature: Submit an application authenticated using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature in accordance with the applicable submission requirements.
• Previously registered email address: Send your application to [email protected] from an email address that you previously provided to the Data Controller and that is recorded in its systems.

Telephone and WhatsApp contact details are provided for assistance and do not replace the prescribed application methods.

Use of this form is not mandatory, provided that your application contains the required information and is submitted through a legally recognized method.
